By placing an order on this website you're agreeing to the terms below. Please read them — they're written to be actually readable, not just legally defensible.

Product information: we describe every product as accurately as we can, including ingredients, allergens, weight and shelf life. Product images are representative; because these are handmade food items, minor variation in shape, size and colour between batches is normal and isn't a defect.

Pricing and availability: prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable tax; nothing is added afterward. If an item goes out of stock between when you add it to your cart and when you check out, checkout will tell you honestly rather than accepting an order we can't fulfil — this is enforced by the platform itself, not a manual process, so it holds even under heavy traffic.

Orders and payment: an order is confirmed once payment is verified (or immediately, for Cash on Delivery where offered) — you'll get an order confirmation and status updates by email/SMS. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we discover a genuine stock, pricing or fulfilment error before it ships.

Cancellations and returns: see our separate Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds pages — as food products, the rules for these are different from typical retail and are laid out there in full.

Account use: you're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We ask that listings, reviews and any content you submit be honest and your own — we moderate submissions to keep the marketplace trustworthy.

Changes: we may update these terms as the store evolves; the version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
