Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use NammaMysoreMarket and NammaFitBowl, and why. We collect only what's needed to take your order, deliver it, support you afterward, and keep the store secure — nothing is sold to third parties, and nothing is collected "just in case it's useful later."

Account and order data: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address are used to create your account, process payments, and hand your order to our shipping partners. Guest checkouts store the same information against the order itself rather than a permanent account.

Payments: card, UPI and netbanking details are handled entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay) — we never see or store your card number, CVV or bank credentials on our own servers. We only receive a payment confirmation and a transaction reference.

Communications: we email or message you about your order status, and — only if you opt in — about new products or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time from your account or the link in any marketing email; transactional messages about an active order can't be turned off, since you need those to know where your order is.

Your rights: you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Reach out via the Contact page and we'll act on it — the only limit is that we keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, even after an account deletion request, since we can't selectively forget a completed financial transaction.

Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and your cart intact between visits. We don't run third-party ad-tracking scripts on this store.
