Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Because everything is made fresh rather than pulled from a large pre-made inventory, we don't promise same-day dispatch — we'd rather ship you something made properly a day later than something rushed.

Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your pincode's serviceability with our courier partners, typically 2–7 business days across India. You can check whether your pincode is currently serviceable, and get an estimate, using the pincode checker on the product or cart page before you order.

You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships, and can also check status any time from your account's order history.

We currently ship across India wherever our courier partners provide serviceability. If your pincode isn't serviceable yet, the checkout will tell you honestly rather than accept an order we can't deliver.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay — we don't add surprise fees after the fact.
